This webinar, presented as part of the 2022 Statistics Lecture Series hosted by the Office of Biostatistics at the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS), NIH, explored the statistical foundations and practical implementation of personalised N-of-1 trials. Presented by Dr Ken Cheung, the session examined key principles of N-of-1 trial design and analysis, highlighting important considerations for planning, conducting and interpreting individualised clinical studies. Aimed at clinical researchers, statisticians and trainees, the webinar provided an accessible introduction to the methodological concepts underpinning rigorous N-of-1 research and their application in personalised medicine.
