The International Network for N-of-1 Trials and Single-Case Designs (ICN) brings together researchers, clinicians, methodologists, healthcare consumers and other partners with a shared interest in personalised clinical studies.
Through collaboration, knowledge exchange and practical support, we aim to strengthen the design, conduct, analysis and application of N-of-1 trials and single-case designs across research and clinical practice.

The establishment and strategic direction of the ICN
​​
The establishment of the International Network for N-of-1 Trials and Single-Case Designs, its early development and its strategic priorities are described in our open-access paper published in Contemporary Clinical Trials Communications.
Drawing on an international member survey, the paper outlines the priorities identified by the ICN community, including strengthening global collaboration, expanding access to resources, supporting methodological development, incorporating healthcare consumer perspectives and addressing barriers to the wider adoption of N-of-1 trials and single-case designs.
