In January 2026, the International Collaborative Network for N-of-1 Trials and Single-Case Designs (ICN) has now grown to more than 800 members across 48 countries, reflecting the increasing global interest in personalised research and healthcare. Since its establishment, the Network has brought together researchers, clinicians and consumers committed to advancing the science and application of N-of-1 trials and single-case designs.

Our members represent a broad range of disciplines and areas of expertise, including medicine, psychology, physiotherapy, statistics, nutrition, digital health, rehabilitation, speech pathology, occupational therapy, rare diseases and behavioural science. They are applying N-of-1 trials and single-case designs to diverse challenges in research and clinical practice, while also developing new methods, software, reporting guidelines and educational resources.

Reaching this milestone is an exciting reflection of the growth and diversity of our international community. Thank you to all of our members for your ongoing support and contributions. We look forward to continuing to foster collaboration, share knowledge and advance personalised science together.
