The CONSORT Extension for N-of-1 Trials (CENT) 2015 provides evidence-based recommendations for reporting N-of-1 trials. CENT extends the CONSORT 2010 Statement to improve the completeness, transparency and interpretation of reports of N-of-1 trials.

CENT is designed to help authors report N-of-1 trials clearly and completely, facilitating critical appraisal, replication and synthesis of evidence.
