Summary: The Stockholm symposium took place at the Karolinska University Hospital on 26th October 2018 and was jointly organized by Karolinska University Hospital, Karolinska Institutet (Sweden) and University of Leuven (Belgium). The symposium brought together a number of experts in the field, and provided a brief history of SCED, their essential characteristics, design requirements, visual and statistical analysis possibilities, as well as examples from clinical research.
