This paper examines the statistical methods used in n-of-1 trial design.  This paper examines the statistical considerations for analysing n-of-1 studies and reviews some of the current methodologies. They describe the use of a dynamic regression model that is adaptable to measuring different types of outcomes that address the challenges of n-of-1 statistical modelling.
